Dear John and Joan,
We write to express our tremendous thanks and gratitude for your excellent service at our wedding last November.
From the time of booking, right through to the end of the event, your service and professionalism was faultless. Booking was very straight forward, and we greatly appreciated how you were prepared to travel to our wedding in Palmerston North. Having professional drivers made our life much easier in that we didn’t have to trouble one of our guests to forgo the celebrations themselves in order to chauffeur us.
We were extremely impressed with your level of preparation – planning routes, timing the driving times, and so on. You even took care of little details, such as repositioning the cars while we were taking photos so as to make it easy for the convoy to move off to the next venue. This level of preparation and professionalism really helped make the day go smoothly and was tremendously appreciated.
With regards to the cars, they are beautiful! We were simply delighted with them. It seems that the options for wedding cars these days are rather limited: either old cars advertised as being ‘vintage’, or crass monstrosities that belong in Las Vegas, not at a wedding. Our ideal wedding vehicles were contemporary European luxury saloons, and your two Jaguars were just perfect. They are both elegant and luxurious – dignified transportation for a dignified wedding. They are also in immaculate condition. At a practical level, too, it was very useful to have so much room in the back seat to accommodate Charlotte’s voluminous wedding dress!
We were glad to have ordered the optional hampers, too, as this provided some very welcome refreshments for us and our bridal party while we were taking photos. The hampers were beautifully presented, excellent value, and they were delicious, too – thank you!
It felt very special to be professionally chauffeured in such elegant vehicles on our wedding day. It must have looked very impressive, too, judging by the very positive reaction from passers-by.
In summary, we couldn’t recommend Just Jaguar Car Hire more highly. Tremendous thanks to you both for your substantial contribution to making our big day so special.
