Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking terms and conditions as of  1st May, 2009. 

Just Jaguar Car Hire Co. Ltd will accept your booking upon the following terms: 

1. Weddings: Should you cancel your booking:  

1. Within 1 month of the wedding date, no refund of deposit.
2. Between 1 and 3 months from the wedding date, a 50% refund.
3. Between 3 and 6 months from the wedding date, a 75% refund.
4. Over 6 months before the wedding date, a 100% refund.  

2. Other bookings can be cancelled more than 7 days prior to the event with full deposit  refund.

3. Should we obtain an alternative booking following your cancellation, then a full refund of your deposit, regardless of the cancellation period, will be made to you. 

4. Only the number of passengers for which the car has been licensed will be carried     I.e. maximum of 4 passengers per car. 

5. We accept no responsibility for any injury to persons or damage to goods belonging to  those persons except that which we have a legal obligation to do so. 

6. We accept no responsibility for any accident, delay or changes to the arrangements,  that are outside of our control.

7. It is the responsibility of the passengers to use the fitted seat belts. 

8. No smoking, eating or drinking will be allowed in the vehicles. 

9. Any damage caused to the vehicles by the hirer will be charged for.
